S2 Ep14 "One of Them"

(started 5/20/10 20:30)

What does Danielle want now? Oh, she has someone captured in a net. One of the Others. Who may be one of my fictional relatives (my maiden name is Gale, rather coincidental.) And she nails him through the shoulder by crossbow.

PCL Sayid finds himself face to face with Clancy Brown! The Kurgen.

Does Hurley need a friend that bad that he'll continue to put up with Sawyer's incessant fat jokes? Did he not see last week's episode where Sawyer says he not a good guy?

Sayid brings Locke in and then Jack to treat Henry Gale so he can continue his interrogation. Jack removes the arrow, while Sayid convinces Locke to change the lock combo on the door. Sayid wants privacy while he finishes the interrogation unhindered.

Locke seems to be doing everyone's bidding at changing that lock combo rather often. And repeatedly not including Jack in his decision-making. Jack's gonna blow up at some point. Locke better not need Jack's help any time soon for realsies.

Sawyer killed the frog right after Hurley said he'd take him away. Let's squish Sawyer's head soon.

Sayid might not want to interrogate when he's still grieving. This isn't going well.

The sequence needs to be re-set. Jack won't do it and he wants Locke to open the locked door. Locke opens the door and runs back to the computer to enter the numbers. We finally see what happens if the clock runs down - the numbers turn to black and red hieroglyphics of some kind. Locke hits the Execute button and the clock resets to 108 again. Hmmm...

PCL Sayid came away from Clancy Brown (and Kate's Dad) with a new skillset, which Sayid swears he will never use again.

But he just did.

  2. It's so hard not to tell you what's significant in each episode and what isn't. I am thoroughly enjoying your recaps!
