S2 Ep2 "Adrift"

(started 5/20/10 09:40)

Sawyer comes up from the water and the raft is on fire. Walt is screaming for Michael. (How did Shannon see him then? Must be time out of order. Never mind.) Sawyer drags Michael aboard some raft wreckage and revives him. Where's Jin?

PCL - Michael is being schooled by Saul Rubinek the lawyer in filing injunctions to preserve his parental rights. Saul plays lawyers a lot.

Locke is making his way into the dome lair. Ooh. Lava lamp. I love those.

Note to self: when someone is point a rifle at you and asking "Are you him? Are you here to help me?" always respond in the affirmative. Yes I am. I'll be your huckleberry.

Michael and Sawyer are arguing on the piece of raft. And getting knocked about from underneath. Great. Now we have a shark? Or it could be a polar bear. Maybe it's Sawyer's boar.

PCL Michael is getting beat up lawyers in a custody deposition.

Sawyer is badass. He pulled a bullet from his own shoulder. And asked for a band-aid.

In the dome, Locke responds jut like I told him to. He's Desmond's man. And Kate's with him. But Desmond realizes that Locke isn't the one he's looking for. Damn.

Locke gets Desmond to agree to put Kate in a closet for safekeeping. He slips something in her pants as he shuts her away.

PCL Michael is being urged by Walt's mother to let him go. Give up parental rights. Little does she know - Michael's masterplan involves infecting her blood to kill her years later. Mwahahha. Oh wait. That was probably genetic.

Kate finds an energy bar in the closet. Whoo hoo. Sugar rush. And she's in the air ducts. Someday I hope to crawl inside and air duct. Everybody does it in film and tv at some point.

Desmond questions Locke about how many are in his group. How many have gotten sick. Great. The radar beep sounds. He makes Locke enter the number sequence into an old-timey computer (I only know it's a green DOS-looking screen) and press Execute.

Here comes Jack. Desmond really likes saying "brother" about everything. Ugh.

Sawyer starts padding toward a pontoon section. He falls through the bamboo. We get an underwater angle looking up at him, Jaws style.
Shark fin! Michael shoots a bunch of shots, Blood in the water. Shark-0, Michael-1. They make it to the pontoon eventually.

PCL Michael is saying goodbye to toddler Walt. Did his mother always dress him in those oversized polo/rugby shirts? How about a little change-up once in a while, lady?

Michael vows to Sawyer to get back his son from the pirate. Well that's a gimmee. They make shore, where Jin comes running at them.

Others.

  1. In Washington DC there is a spy museum. They have an air duct there you can crawl through.
